Deleting a Apple ID without a password

You will still need the password in order to remove the Apple ID from your device. Having access to the email address is not a requirement in resetting the password and can be done with one of these three options:

Change your Apple ID password - Apple Support

You can't delete an account unless you have access to the account.

You will need to regain access to that account.
