getting charged 17.99 by apple and have no idea why

i keep getting charged 17.99 by apple except i locked my card so it hasn’t actually been taken yet. i looked on the apple websites and i went on reportaproblem and everything but there’s nothing for 17.99 anywhere and im so confused lol. should i let it just take it from my card then request a refund?
