Unfair and incorrect refund refusal
I would like to know if anyone else has had this experience. Last Friday 24th May I subscribed to a one month trial with Hallow app for £3.99 and I have a screenshot of the procedure showing the box that stated processing £3.99 one month trial. Then one day later on Saturday I notice that a yearly subscription for £69.99 has been taken instead of the £3.99 trial. I have explained this twice in the process of requesting a refund and support is telling me I’m illegible for a refund?? I asked to send them the screenshot showing the payment option of £3.99 in progress but they ignored that and there seems to be no way to send them the screenshot that proves the issue. I’ve now been refused and I don’t know how to get in contact with them as this is most definitely an error at Apple. This is the screenshot from last Friday. I’ve attached the screenshot from last Friday. What do you think?
Has anyone else been over charged incorrectly like this then refused refund?
