I used apple pay option from browser and selected my apple card as payment method, it pulled my old shipping address and new billing address, when I verified in iPhone apple card, I don't have any default shipping address set, not sure from where its pulling my old shipment address. For now I added my new shipment address in my apple account, not sure if it will fix the issue, how can I confirm my old address is updated now?
Are you using only a Mac or do you also have an iPhone and/or Apple Watch?
On a Mac please follow this path,
Safari > Settings > Autofill > Credit card > Edit — you may also need to delete the Safari’s cache. Some website also cache the address and you may have to edit customer information on the website.
Please check these three iPhone locations please;

iPhone > Settings > Apple ID (Your Name at top of screen) > Payment & Shipping > tap card to edit > tap Billing address > tap edit (upper right corner of screen) edit necessary changes
