Apple SE Watch - Overheating, Black Screen, Crown Unresponsive

I am on my third watch for the following issue:

My watch started to glitch, the crown stopped responding, started to overheat and then the screen went black and has not come back on. The battery drained all by itself. When placed on a charger, the watch does not light up and gets very, very hot. I still have 16 months left with my phone company before I can even think about trading it in which is utter crap since it's the third watch Apple has sent me for the same issue. I am beyond frustrated.
