Can AirTag be tracked even if I don’t have access to it?

As Mac Jim ID has already mentioned, Apple does not get involved in tracking these AirTags. Instead, they provide you with the Find My service to do this yourself, via either an iPhone or iPad.

If you misplace or have your keys stolen, using Find My would be the only method to try locating them. However, please be aware that since the AirTags rely on both Bluetooth and group-sourcing (other folks iPhones), the keys' location may not be updated in real time.

Nope. You would need to have the AirTag set up using your device, then you can track the AirTag using FindMy. There is no other way to track the AirTag.
