I’m using iPhone 15 since 5 months and my battery health is 94% right now so should I worry/concern about it?
Because I have noticed my battery percentage/ health both dropping quickly I still got my warranty should I charge my phone to new one?

No, if it drops 2% every month, your Battery Health would be 88-90%.
You are worrying about your battery when there is no reason. Understand that the 1% drop is an average. Some months it might not drop at all, then drop 2-3% in another month.
After 12 months, your Battery Health will be in the 87-89% range.
Your battery performance is normal......the same as mine.

This is normal performance. Remember that on average, Battery Health will decline at about 1% a month.
Battery health drop is not linear. It can drop 1 or 2% in a month, then remain steady and drop again.
