This may be a little far-fetched, but any help would be greatly appreciated! I forgot my passcode on a phone I use for my business. I was so anxious that I did a factory reset. Of course all was lost because I could not remember the email I used for the phone’s Apple ID. 🙄 However, I now remember the old passcode!🥴
Is there any possible way to get my phone back to the “old phone” before the factory reset?!?

Sorry, but when you performed a factory reset on the phone, everything on the phone was erased.
Unless you have a current backup of the phone that you made.....before......it was erased, there is no possible way to make your phone look like it did before it was erased.

Did you miss the fact that the OP erased the phone?
How would a new or old passcode help on the phone that has just been erased?

Everything was erased. Why are you questioning if the OP erased the phone when he already told us very clearly that everything was erased?
