Unable to perform a factory reset as iPhone has device manager restrictions

I have an old business iphone7 that I wish to give to my son however I'm unable to perform a factory restore as it has device manager restrictions. Any suggestions ?

Talk to the company that put the restrictions on it. They need to properly retire it from their system.
