Lag Spikes

I’ve recently noticed my iPhone XS being slow, everytime I unlock my iPhone, My phone gets a lag spike ranging from 2 to 5 minutes, and is constantly freezing and lagging aswell, I’ve bought this phone 2 years ago and I’ve never had any problems with it until now, this issue started a few days ago, adding more information, the phone is running iOS 17.2.1

Is there any way to prevent my phone from constantly freezing and lagging? It lags in the Lock Screen, the Home Screen, and even apps, EVERYWHERE.

I would love to know what might be causing this problem.
