using old iPhone as a backup cam

Question: can I use old iPhones as a backup cam (temporary use, selling car soon). I have severral old iPhones that I could use.

Maybe mount one on rear window and connect via bluetooth or hotspot to another mounted on dash?

Or find an inexpensive camera to mount in rear and connect to iPhone in front?

Can I transfer images from an iPhone13 to a BLU Tank Mini T650 cellphone and vice versa? I want to take pictures in Europe, but do not want to risk my iPhone being stolen so will leave it in the hotel safe.
