Where can I locate my podcast files in macOS Sonoma? (2024)

Where can I find my podcast files. i have macbook pro running Somoma.sonomae a new mp3 player that I would like to drop podcasts into but cannot drag and drip my podcasts. many thanks for the advice

Running sonoma on MacBook Pro. Previous answers have suggested places that don’t seem to exist with sonoma.

There is nothing on my Mac HD with "Group Containers" so not sure where to look. Thanks!
