Why do I have provisional credit reversal charge on my iPad

If it’s an Apple charge you may need to contact them to clarify. Did you send a device in for repair and they found additional issues? Or trade in a device and once they received it they had to adjust the estimated credit because something wasn’t as described? Those are the first possibilities that pop into mind but may not apply to you
