in the “up next” list I see a show that I did not watch, but it is marked as I watched full first season and kinda watching the second one - all the series are watched apart from the last one. But it was not me, some were published last weeks and I did not watch Apple TV at all that time. At home my family says that they did not watch it. Is it possible somehow to check when it was watched? IP address?

To my knowledge, there is no audit log of checking when an episode was watched, where, and by who.
Although your family says they didn’t watch, is it possible your Apple ID was logged into the Apple TV? If the account was never changed and a guest came over or someone watched on the TV it would’ve marked it as watched on your account.
You could also check the following to see if your Apple ID is logged in anywhere else to see if someone else potentially might’ve watched it:
Scroll down and those are all the devices currently using your Apple ID. Is it possible someone with access to one of those devices watched something via the TV app?
