Pages won't allow me to save a 12 x 15 inch PDF file

I use Pages to create a document combining text and photos. I then create a PDF file so that I can use it to print a photo of the document. I normally create a larger than normal page, (12" x 15") so that when I send it to get the photo printed, I can adjust the sizing to fit the picture frame I want to use.

I have been making a 12x15 sheet with my printed document sized to fit inside a 8 x 10 photo frame. (Finished document size 7.75 x 9.75)

BUT now pages will not let me create the PDF file in the size I want. Any sugestions?
