How do I change the name of the family sharing organizer?

I am guardian of my two young grandchildren. I have assumed control or their deceased mother's apple account by changing name, email address, birth date, and other required information. This is necessary to preserve family photos, music, etc. for the kids when they grow up.

When I try to set up family sharing, however, the organizer reads her mother's name, not mine.

What do I have to change to correct this?

Thanks for taking the time to try to help.

My specific problem was that, having set up family sharing, the organizer kept showing up as my deceased daughter. I had successfully set up a separate Apple ID and password for this new family, but that did not change the organizer.

With help of Apple software phone support, I was able to fix the problem by deleting my daughter's contact card from Contacts. Apparently, she was recognized as the original owner, despite a new Apple ID, and therefore presumably family organizer.

My name now shows up as owner and organizer, and (as best I can determine) all functions of family sharing (including issues with non-functioning screen time) are now working.

Thanks again.
