What happens if I delete Apple Watch app from iPhone?

Yes, you can delete this app as well and it will not affect your iPhone. The only thing this will affect is not being able to change Apple Watch settings via your iPhone.

Deleting an app of your Apple Watch will not delete the app on your iPhone.

You can turn this off if you don’t like it

1. Open the Watch app on iPhone
2. Tap on General.
3. Toggle off Automatic App Install.
