Im trying to reset an old apple watch for a friend but the watch says "Wrong passcode open the apple watch app on your iPhone, go to passcode then tap re-enable passcode entry to try again." and i do not have the watch on my app anymore and don't know how to get it.

Here is Apple’s official documentation on how to reset your Apple Watch’s passcode - If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support.
Do redownload the Watch app, open the App Store and search “Watch” it should be the first option under the ad (if there is one).
