Not iOS App from App Store???

You seem to be confused.

If these apps run on an iOS device – e.g., iPhone, iPad, iPod touch – they are iOS apps (apps for the iOS platform). Otherwise, how could they run on your device?

If you mean you have three apps that were not written by Apple, yes, that appears to be true. In fact, most of the Apps in the App Store were not written by Apple. The ones you have a well-known apps written by well-known developers.

It remains unclear, however, why this is an issue.

Because Facebook was written by Meta, Webex was written by Cicso, & YouTube was written by Google.

Why does this concern you? As already stated by IdrisSeabright, most of the apps in the App Store were not written by Apple.

Any app in the App Store has been carefully examined my Apple before it becomes available in the App Store, your apps are not being manipulated or managed.

What exactly are you having issues with on your phone?

Yes, they are apps made for iOS. The same developers may make Android apps that run on Android phones.
