How to clean up system information on my MacBook Pro running Sonoma?

I use my Macbook Pro M1 (2021) with a 512 GB SDD exclusively for video editing, so I hardly store any files on it, even though I regularly only have 20 to 30 GB of free space, which causes After Effects and Premiere to crash all the time. According to the storage utility, my hard drive is full of system data (almost 380 GB), is there any way of getting rid of some of it? I'll really appreciate your input.

System Data used to be labeled "Other" this would be your user data. Do some general house cleaning

Try something like OmniDiskSweeper for a GUI to get a good look at itemized file size and location:
