My iPhone 15 Pro Max's battery depleting quickly post update

I have just got my iPhone 15 pro max and updated my phone which I now regret because the battery goes so quickly down, I’m having to charge it twice a day already and I’m hardly on it as much! so my question is when will the new software update will come out to fix the battery issue????

Make sure too report the problem to apple and expect an update within the week-month
