iPhone 13 mini and overheating

On 16.6.1 the phone worked perfectly. Immediately after the 17.5.1 update, it suddenly began to overheat even without actively using applications. I did a full DFU reset, nothing changed. I turned off background updating, waited a week, nothing. what's happening? anyone? battery 90%
