How to claim 6 months Apple Music free trail via MacBook

I just bought an Airpod Pro and trying to claim the 6 months Apple Music. I don't have iphone, can I claim it via my MacBook?

If you are eligible, you should be able to claim it on your Mac. See the replies to:
