How to share / export Apple Maps Guide (for Android users)?

Edit: On MacOS, looks like you can just go to Edit > Copy Link. I then posted that crazy long URL into a URL shortener to share it.

Feedback: Would be nice if this was in the (right-click) contextual menu along with everything else.

I created a Guide in Apple Maps for a trip I'm going on with a bunch of friends. I know that several of them do not have iPhones. How, at all, is it possible to export or share this Guide with others?

Can I publish this online? Can I export a CSV? Can I export to a KML/KMZ or OSM?

Worse case, is it possible to export this Guide so I can import it to a Google Map? I don't even have a Google account but I'll make one if this is the only way to establish universality.

Also, why is it that there's never a way to tag my questions with the appropriate app / service?
