iPhone 15 Pro Battery Health

Bought my iPhone 15 Pro last March. Currently have 42 cycle count, but my battery health is down to 98%. Anyone experiencing the same? Asked some help through Apple Support, they said this is just normal. Asked a friend with iPhone 14, still has 100% after 5 months of use.

Yes that is normal. You can expect on average to see a drop of battery health of 1% per month. This is not linear and will not happen every month and some months may drop more. It is just the average over a larger period of time.
