Avast Cleanup uninstall

Trying to uninstall Avast cleanup from my intel macbook pro running Sonoma 14.5

Avastcleanup keeps shpowing a window pushing for purchase even though it doesn't seem to be open. When Avast is open, when one tries to unse the uninstall app with Avast, it tells you there is problem and fails.

It you try to move it to the bin it says: The item “AvastCleanup.app” can’t be moved to the Bin because it’s open. even if you've just closed it with Force Quit.

What is the solution to remove this very poor piece of software?
