Apple Face ID not working

My face ID stopped working randomly. Not just to open the phone, but any application that asks for it (banking, etc). I did what was told and reset the face ID, but now when I try to set it up, it's stuck on "position your face within the frame". After about 20 seconds of it not recognizing my face, which is clearly visible, it says "face not in frame". One time when trying, it detected my face and let me move on to the next step, but stopped working again after that.

If Face ID isn't working for you, there is most likely something wrong with your TrueDepth camera. First, look at these two articles for help. If that doesn't fix the issue, then make an appointment at the Genius Bar to have your camera issue
