IPad Pro nano texture
when fixing iPad Pro, can I choose nano texture option? if I bought nano texture option at first, is it okay to change to standard glass when I fix?

You won't be given a choice. Apple doesn't replace the screens on iPads. They swap out the entire iPad. You will get an identical model and configuration.
