Tax forms

I tried creating an ITunes Connect account using the name on my Canadian income tax statements. But when I try to submit the tax form, I get a message that says there’s already a tax form under my name on file. Okay, so why do they continue to ask me to submit it?

I believe the problem may be that there are two different versions of my name on file. Yet, as many times as I’ve tried, the other name won’t delete.


there doesn’t seem to be a way to reset the tax form and start again. And no chance to delete one of the accounts.


and when I go to enter my gmail address, an account that was closed a long time ago pops up.


My relentless attempts in ‘conversing’ with the so-called help on the Contact Us tab result in prepared replies that don’t address my very specific questions and make me believe I am dealing with robots.


If I could delete my account(s) and try again, I would. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading all this:-)
