My Apple ID has been disabled in the iTunes and App Store

Hi community I used to be a passionate Apple-Only user. I have bought every device I can actually buy ( but only the ones that are useful to me and that can help me as a general physician). I am a Millennial General Physician who thrives with Lupus, amid lots of work and endless studying to be an Specialist. A few days ago I got a message, and I admit it I am still hurt. First of alI I am really concerned because I am actually being harmed because of this.

So the thing is Apple just disabled me. And how can one enable one self?

  • Has this happened to you before?
  • Do you know how to solve it?

If you do, please help me out please! Urgent matter.

Thanks in advance!

You can't, but according to: If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'

Contact Apple Support for help.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes," contact Apple Support for help.
