Sorry but this is the third link I have started to solve this problem.
I open mail, select an email and only the header appears, body could take 10 mins to arrive.
My email appears on my iPhone ok and my wife laptop has no problems.
I have started in safe mode but the problem was still there.
I have attached my EtreCheck
Disable OneDrive for a test & restart.
Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes or more.
Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.
I think Launch Services needs rebuilding...
Open Terminal and run each of these one at a time
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
sudo /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -kill -seed -lint -r -f -v -dump -domain local -domain system -domain user -domain network
killall Dock
sudo will ask you for an Admin password that won't be echoed.
Carefully type your admin password when asked & hit enter.
sudo mdutil -E /
sudo mdutil -i on /
Rebuilding a drive index can take a long time, so be prepared to wait whether you do it through the System Preference panel or the command line.
I have deleted OneDrive and all it's folders.
The email I have in the inbox I can open easily with no problems.
I will give it a few days with new email to see how they behave.
I am confident the problem is solved but will get back in a few days.
To me that indicates too few resources, like RAM and/or free Disk space, but your etrecheck Report doesn't show any of that.
What do you need the WD Drive Utilities.app for?
Can you disable OneDrive.app for a day or so of testing?
To Pause syncing
Still blank but I discovered something .
I can go through all the emails when I open mail one at a time and they will display.
But when I finish and go to the top again they are gone, no body just the header.
This may mean nothing but it may trigger something that is going wrong.

HI, the WD drive app was a leftover when I used a WD drive for backup, I have removed it.
Now when you say 'can I disable OneDrive.app for a day' you may have overshot my tech ability.
In my OneDrive I have the following folders...
I hope that shows correctly. I would not know how to disable the app

You can uncross your fingers because it slipped back to the same problem. Worked for two days then stopped.
Attached is a screenshot of what I get. After 10 to 15 mins the whole body will come up.
I think you have done a lot for me but looking through the community I see similar problem with others.

I followed all those terminal instructions.
I will look at the performance during the week and see if there is any difference.

Very easy to solve this problem, upgrade your computer! Took delivery of my iMac M3 8-core 10 core GPU today and emails are ok.
