Lost access to correct Apple ID

I got a new phone with a new number the original phone number was 270-***** and i cant get into it to do the verifying steps because that phone number no longer exist. The email connected to it I can access but I also need to have the phone number to enter, but I can’t because I cannot access the number I would like to be able to take that account with all my information on it. 270-*****and change it to, 270-805-*****
