How do I completely disable Apple Pay?
I want to permanently disable Apple Pay

Don’t add any payment methods (credit or debit cards) to your Apple Wallet. The cards are your cards, just don’t add them to your iPhone. If you’re bothered by a prompt to setup Apple Pay, just turn off Notifications for Wallet & Apple Pay in Settings on your iPhone.
