I have been charged 5 time 11.99e on 30.05.2024

On 30.05.2024 I have been charged 5 times amount 11,99e for APPLE.COM/BILL ITUNES.COM 000IE. I have called my bank they said that is valid apple payment. I have blocked my credit card and after that one payment of 23,89 is tried. have read all your articles, check purchace history and i don't have any subscriptions, purchaces on that day or any subscriptions has amount of 11.99e. I'm from Serbia and my country doesn't have support like other countries, so I don't have support agent which I can call. What can i do regarding this issue?

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support

Note once inside the link above you may click on other highlighted tabs of interest …including contacting Apple. If you didn’t make the charges and feel your credit card has been breached contact your credit card/banking and work this out with them.

If you don’t have a subscription or matching purchases it’s likely a scam and your credit card information is compromised and being used fraudulently.

Fraudsters have learned to create fake businesses and obtain a merchant account for processing credit card charges. They use the name of large international companies like Samsung, Google and Apple for the fake billing.

They obtain your credit card information when it’s sold on the Dark Web and then pay themselves for the fake charges. Your bank approves the charges and then they launder the money through a legitimate business.
