Change to Metric Units for health data in the uk
I cannot get my health unit to accept Metric units , eg height. I am in the uk. iPhone 13 iOS 17.5.1

In the Health app on the iPhone, go to Browse > Body Measurements and for each type of measurement (Height, Weight…), tap the type of measurement and you’ll be able to choose the unit at the bottom of the screen.
