Apple watch series 7: screen stuck on update while pairing

I bought a refurbished apple watch series 7 from a certified reseller. When I started the update for OS 10.5 and It got stuck on this screen for 1 hour. I lost patience and I canceled the update on my iphone to restart the pairing. But my watch stays on this screen. Anyone that has a solution?

Assuming your iPhone is running iOS 17.X (if not, your Apple Watch cannot possibly pair to it), force restart the Apple Watch. Hold the Apple Watch’s Digital Crown and side buttons together for about 15 seconds until the Apple logo appears.
