Missing AppStore app
I must have deleted my AppStore app along with the iTunes app is there a way to get it back I can’t really do anything now

It is not possible to delete the App Store. Go to the App Library (the last page of the Home screen), find it and drag it back. Also see if Music is there. If not you can download it from the App Store.
If you cannot find the App Store go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and change the setting for the App Store to Allow.
