Can an apple pencil that is not mine connect automatically to my ipad? Without needing to Bluetooth pair, or that is impossible ?

Unless explicitly paired with the host iPad, an Apple Pencil or third-party alternative will be unable to interact with the iPad.

No it has to pair to the iPad to work.
