Why keep getting this error message

The message "m.hotmail.com cannot be verified" appears on my phone multiple times a day. How do I get it to stop?

Email "Connection to the server" error message On/off throughout the day I'm getting a few emails download quickly followed by an error message saying "cannot get email. Connection to the server failed." All further incoming emails stop. Sometimes for hours before resuming. Its a new iphone 14. Reset my network connections, still same issue. Carrier is verizon/aol. Error 1035 from apple voice mail. I recently switched carriers. I never needed to adjust any settings with the previous one. I clicked to listen to a message and got the message that voice mail was not set up error 1035. I tried following previous solutions but the options were no longer good. One said to check if I had cellular data turned on. (I do.) This is on the 14+. I am running 18.3.1. Thanks.

Downloading POP Email using Cellular When I try to download email on my iPhone 12 using cellular data, I get an error message saying credentials are not correct. When I download using wi-fi, it works perfectly. I've verified my settings and I discussed with my service provider with no luck. I've also removed the account from my phone and reinstalled. Any thoughts?
