Apple CarPlay in my 2024 VW Jetta

In my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta GLI autobahn whenever I use Apple CarPlay without a cord or with a cord, after about 2 or 3 songs or sometimes almost instantly, the sound quality isn’t desired. It sounds very staticy or maybe distorted. When I use just Bluetooth and no CarPlay the music sounds fine and I never have an issue. My phone is up to date with IOS 17.5.1 and my car is also. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I’ve tried messing with “lossness audio” and it doesn’t seem to change anything for me. I have contacted Volkswagen about it and from what they have told me it’s on Apples end. Something about you guys are the manufacture of the radios CarPlay? I’m not sure. Any help is appreciated. It’s annoying to have bought a brand new car and I can’t even use all the features.
