Macbook battery rapid drain

My battery rapidly drains while in sleep mode and Apple cannot identify the issue. When i say drain i mean it falls off a cliff and goes from 100% to 0% in minutes. This doesn't happen everyday but does a few times a week.

Apple has looked at the battery health and said that is not the issue. FYI, have taken it into Apple Shop twice and had online help a few times and have given up with Apple as they cannot identify the problem. The only thing they said could be a problem was Chrome or One Drive were the issue, however still occurs even when I have quite both.

Does anyone have an idea what is happening?

I am really hesitant to upgrade (current is 2021) in case the issue is not with the MacBook but how it is set up, but i cant see anything wrong.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.3

Post the free EtreCheck report using the Additional Text option when posting. It is the only way we will be able to determine what files are being launched on startup and will also show battery condition and recent kernel panics that could point to the issue.
