Sync mail on MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad

I am unable to get my MacBook Pro to sync Mail/emails on iPhone or iPad. I have verified all settings are correct on Mac, iPhone and iPad. This is a new MacBook Pro March 2024) and was working perfectly until last few days. My spouse and I share this MacBook Pro and his emails sync perfectly - mine do NOT. All our settings are correct. I can't figure out what happened. This has happened before and I opened an iCloud account, and have not made any changes. Any suggestions??

Are you logged into your account w/ the same AppleID on all your devices...


For problem accounts the go to way to sort things out is to delete the account(s) from the Mail.app, then add it back.

Note—

IMAP accounts stay on the server, so no local loss, when you re-sync

POP accounts download and remove from the server—therefor save your inbox/sent box if you want them

“On My Mac" is just that, local folders you created and moved mail into. So no loss
