I’m highly sensitive to Nickel containing products. The A Watch 9 only has an aluminum or stainless steel case, both with trace amounts of nickel. Is it possible to pay a little more for a titanium case without buying the Apple Watch Ultra? Aside from the titanium case, I don’t need all the bells and whistles.

For a series 9 you can’t get titanium cases only the ultra and it says your on an iPhone 7 Plus which won’t be compatible for any of them.

Sorry but it is not possible to purchase the Apple Watch 9 with a titanium case. Even if you pay more. It is not available.
I’m actually on an iPhone 12. I picked the wrong device when filling out the form to comment here. I still have my 7plus because my grandson plays games on it.

Also the sensors on the bottom of the Apple Watch are not Titanium, and they may contain some Nickel.
