Can I exchange my AirPods Max for a different color?

Apple themselves do not take in AirPods for trade in. One possible solution is to trade it in through a different company that will give you cash or a gift card for it. After you do that, you can buy the new color that you would like.

If you bought them from Apple you have 14 days from date of purchase to return them.

If you don’t have a receipt, you most likely will not be able to return them.
