Can I install High Sierra on a Mac Mini for iTunes?

i'm not crazy about Music, the replacement for iTunes. i would like to install High Sierra on a Mac Minnie so i can use just iTunes.

Is that technically possible? my iTunes files reside on an older iMac (mid 2011) running High

Sierra (10.13.6) and i use an external disk for Time Machine.
