Wi-Fi and Bluetooth failures

My iPhone 12 has a fault. It forgets our Wi-Fi after a few minutes or hours and Bluetooth stops working. If you switch it off then on it sometimes reconnects. But not always and it doesn’t last, the problem reappears within minutes. Ive tried resetting all network settings, then all settings a but it is still faulty. Any ideas? I’m verging on getting shut of it.

try restarting the ios device Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

and check if it resolved it if it did not

then I would try Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

-

if that did not resolve it then I would contact apple about repair Contact - Official Apple Support as it then would likely be a periodic hardware issue

of cause I would also check if it was the same behavoir on other wifi networks than your own and of cause make sure ones wifi router had the latest firmware installed.
