The microphone on my iPhone 13 is not working correctly

I have a problem with the microphone in my device, when I shoot a video in the built-in camera application, the sound is recorded correctly and can be heard well, but when I try to shoot a video in the SnapChat application, only one microphone works and almost nothing can be heard, the same problem when in In other applications, I’m trying to record a voice message, I can’t hear very well and only one of the two microphones works, could you explain to me what the problem could be and how it can be solved?

The fact your microphone(s) are working correctly with native Apple apps, indicates they work as designed. If they don't work as expected with a 3rd party app, such as Snapchat indicates an issue with the Application. The first thing to ensure is you have granted access to the microphone for 3rd party apps. Have you? To know, open the Settings App. Tap Privacy & Security. Tap Microphone. Make sure each app you want to use your microphone is turned on there. If issues continue after verifying microphone access, contact the app developer for help as Apple doesn't own 3rd party apps.
