App that worked perfectly dont work anymore and not show up while running

I'm trying to use Digiexam app ,which worked before, and now it's running but not showing up on the screen.

What I've done so far:

  1. Updating my mac version
  2. Reinstall the app with previous version few times
  3. deleting plist files using appdelete app
  4. Starting in safe mode and trying to run the app
  5. Repairing the disk util

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.2

By virtue of Their wording in below link >> System Preferences


It would be reasonable that either Their Application is outdated for macOS Sonoma or the Web Site is not up to date


System Preferences was stopped being used in macOS 12 Monterey and was changes to System Setting in macOS 13 Ventura and still in macOS 14 Sonoma

You say nothing of what Mac or what macOS ? Hard to say anything...


Does not sound like your third party app is compatible—

if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…

Hence i've updated my macOS version.

Thing may have changed since with the upGrade to macOS 14.5 Sonoma


BTW it works on other macbooks but dont work for me.

Does the On-Line version of the Digiexam when used in a Web Browser work ?

No clue. This isn't an app where someone can just use an alternative. It's one of those exam apps. There is a good chance that it will never work again. Maybe in 3 years, the school will switch to some other apps that will have exactly the same problem. All the OP can do is go to the school and ask for some other solution.

Yes worked with macos 12 I think, same computer.

I can use the web version but I cant take exames in there
