Compass issues in watchOS 10.5 - Can not change between the five windows in Compas app

For a week or two I have not been able to change between the five windows in the Compas app on the Apple watch (model A2980) which is a couple of months old.


I was with an Apple supervisor for 45 minites to, be the issue was not solved in that session.


We went through all the screens and settings, and everything looked fine.


The screen is stuck on this - and I can't change it.


Any suggestions or ideas?

Hi, I solved this issue by unpairing the Apple Watch from my iPhone. This resets the watch, and one can start over again. I did it even though the Apple Supervisor advised against it! The whole process took 5-10 minutes, and the Apple Watch works fine now.


Just follow this advice from Apple: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support
