Can I make an app for personal podcasts?

First, as a disclaimer on all my subscriptions, I am a techno-impaired senior and all of you have helped me greatly!! When traveling I have a couple dozen podcasts that are from independent non-"professional" speakers. That is, I can't upload them on my iPhone podcast app (at least I don't think I can). Many of them deal with my profession. Is there such an app that I could "load up" when traveling. I literally have to pull off the road and try to find the url that I can listen to vs. just tapping the app. THANKS for any help on this!
